Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the game and services offered by Mahalle Maçı ("the Game", "we") at mahallemaci.com and in the mobile app. The Game is operated by Caner Güler · Kepez / Antalya, Türkiye (iletisim@mahallemaci.com); "we" in these Terms means this operator. By using the Game you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Game.

1. The Service

Mahalle Maçı is a free football management and match game. It can be played offline (locally) and, if you choose, online with an account (cloud sync, matchmaking, leagues). We may develop, change or discontinue the service at any time.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

• You may create an account to use online features. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure (including your password) and for activity under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Game; children under 13 may not use it. If you are between 13 and 18, use the Game only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
• You can delete your account and data at any time; see Account and Data Deletion.

3. Acceptable Use

When using the Game you agree not to:

• Cheat, manipulate the game, use automation/bots, or try to unfairly change the economy or results.
• Harm the service, the servers or other users, or send excessive/automated requests.
• Post insulting, harassing, hateful, illegal or inappropriate content in usernames, club names, chat or similar fields.
• Reverse engineer, copy or create derivative works of the Game's source code without permission (except where the law allows).
• Violate the rights of others or any applicable law.

4. Virtual Items

In-game currency (coins), players, buildings and similar items are virtual items used only inside the Game; they have no real-money value, cannot be exchanged for real money and cannot be sold or transferred outside the Game. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use them, not ownership. We may adjust, reset or end these items at any time.

5. Intellectual Property

The Game and its content (code, design, graphics, logos, the name "Mahalle Maçı" and other materials) belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes in line with these Terms.

Some sound effects come from openly licensed sources: Kenney.nl sound packs (CC0) and crowd sounds by Gregor Quendel (Free Crowd Cheering Sounds, CC-BY 4.0). Full list: audio credits.

6. Third-Party Services

The Game uses third-party infrastructure such as Google Firebase, whose own terms may apply. We are not responsible for outages or problems caused by third-party services.

7. "As Is" Service and Limitation of Liability

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages or for loss of data or progress. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law in your country.

8. Suspension and Termination

If you breach these Terms we may suspend or terminate access to your account without notice. You can stop using the Game at any time and ask for your account to be deleted.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is published on this page. Continuing to use the Game after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Türkiye have jurisdiction over disputes. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live or of your right to bring proceedings there.
