The Mahalle Maçı team welcomes all feedback, bug reports, support requests and partnership ideas. There are two ways to reach us: the contact form inside the Game or directly by e-mail. We answer in English and Turkish.

1. Write from the app (recommended)

Visitors, guests and members can all send a message from inside the Game:

1. Open the Game.
2. Tap the Menu (☰) button at the top right.
3. Tap "Contact / Feedback".
4. Choose a category, write your subject and message, and send it.

Replies to members and guests arrive in the in-app inbox. To be sure our reply reaches you, leave an e-mail address or save your guest account (Menu → "Save your account"; your progress is kept).

2. Write by e-mail

You can also write without opening the app: iletisim@mahallemaci.com. Putting the type of request (feedback, bug, support, partnership) in the subject line helps us reply faster.

3. What can you write about?

• Feedback / Suggestions: ideas, requests and general comments about the Game.
• Bug reports: errors, freezes or unexpected behaviour.
• Support: help with your account, progress or gameplay.
• Partnership / Advertising: partnership, promotion and business proposals.
• Other: anything else.

4. Response time

We usually reply within a few working days. Legal requests about accounts and privacy (e.g. data deletion) are completed within 30 days at the latest - see Account and Data Deletion.

5. Data controller
